Krill Meat Tartlets
A tasty, wholesome appetizer to delight your guests! Tartlets with krill meat and cod liver are a real delicacy — a snack that earns its place on any party table. Assemble them right before serving, never the night before. Keep in mind, too, that the amount of mayonnaise here isn't something to adjust to taste — you want just a little. Too much will spoil the look of the dish: the filling spreads and the tartlet shells turn soggy.

- Tartlet fillings can be all kinds of things — this is where you let your imagination run and invent your own little masterpieces. This recipe is just one option; it'll win over seafood lovers and beyond. Ingredients like krill meat and cod liver make the appetizer not only wonderfully tasty but seriously good for you. 1. Put the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with water. Set it over the heat and time it for 7 minutes from the moment it boils — any less and the eggs will be soft-boiled. 2. Cool the hard-boiled eggs, peel them, and dice them. You can boil the eggs ahead of time to make assembly quicker. 3. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater. To make it grate easily, pop it in the freezer for 10–15 minutes first. 4. Wash the cucumber and pat it dry with paper towels, then cut it into small dice. If it's a young cucumber with tender skin, you can leave it unpeeled; otherwise, peel it. 5. Take the cod liver out of the can, set it on a saucer, and let the oil drain off, then mash it with a fork. 6. Combine the eggs, cheese, cucumber, cod liver, and krill meat in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and dress with the mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. 7. Wash and finely chop the green onion. Fill the tartlet shells with the filling and sprinkle with the chopped onion. Serve right after assembling — no extra chilling needed. Enjoy!
