Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary products and start cooking. If you like sour cabbage soup, stock up on table vinegar.
Step 2:
Peel and cut carrots, flowers, soup will look much more attractive and aesthetically pleasing, especially if you treat friends.
Step 3:
Put a saucepan with chicken broth on the fire, (but you can use any other broth, at your discretion. Dump the carrots into it and cook until the carrots are almost ready.
Step 4:
Finely chop the onion.
Step 5:
Rinse the spinach and chop it not very coarsely.
Step 6:
Cut the potatoes as for a regular soup.
Step 7:
Drop the potatoes into the broth with carrots and when it is completely ready, drop the onion, chopped spinach, add salt and pepper to taste with ground black pepper.
Step 8:
Shake chicken eggs with a fork.
Step 9:
When the soup with spinach greens boils for 5 minutes, pour the eggs in a thin stream and boil for another 3 - 5 minutes.
Step 10:
Here we have got gorgeous vitamin soup.
