Step 1:
Prepare the products. Boil the eggs after boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves.
Step 2:
Lightly dry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan or in the oven so that they are soft inside and with a crispy crust.
Step 3:
Finely grate eggs, slice cucumber and tomato. Chop the garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Lightly rub the surface of the dried bread with garlic.
Step 4:
Add mayonnaise with garlic to the grated eggs, mix.
Step 5:
Cooking croutons : We put a lettuce leaf on the prepared bread , egg mixture on the salad - gently smooth it out. Then we put a slice of tomato and cucumber, and a fish on top.
