Cooking method
1.Potatoes are washed, cleaned and put to cook. Cook until half cooked. Drain the water as the potatoes cool down, cut into rings.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, we will prepare the ryapushka. We clean it of scales and cut the abdomen and remove the insides.
3. Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
4. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, spread the grouse, salt and pepper. The next layer is onions, potatoes are laid out on it, it also needs to be salted and peppered.
5. Cover the mold with foil and send it to the preheated oven for half an hour. At the end of cooking, remove the foil and let the potatoes brown. Ryapushka baked in the oven with potatoes is ready!
