Cooking method
1. The waves are sorted and washed
2. Soak in salted water for a day, change the water several times. Then we rinse it again and throw it into a colander.
3. Pour water into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of salt, mix and wait until it boils.
4. Put the waves in boiling water and cook for a quarter of an hour. We put it in a colander and drain the water.
5. At the bottom of the pan we spread the waves, peeled garlic cloves and spices. Sprinkle each layer of mushrooms with salt.
6. We put a plate on the top layer and a load on top of it.
We leave the mushrooms for salting for a month, after which they are ready.
