Liquid semolina porridge with sweet milk

Cooking method
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and put it on the fire. When the milk heats up, start adding grits. To avoid lumps, do not pour all the grits at once. Take two tablespoons, with one, as it were, spray the cereal over the milk, and with the second, intensively mix it in circular movements into the milk.
Cook the porridge for about 10 minutes on low heat, at the end of cooking add a piece of butter and sugar to taste.
Serve the porridge with jam, butter or dried fruits to taste.
