Cooking method
Cooking delicious rice with vegetables is very simple:
- peel onions and carrots, wash;
- cut onion into cubes, grate carrots on a coarse grater;
- pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry the onion on it until soft;
- then spread the carrots and continue to fry for another 5 minutes;
- pour rice to the vegetables, pour hot water, add salt, bring to a boil;
- meanwhile, peel the garlic, finely chop with a knife;
- after the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, add chopped garlic, cover with a lid and cook for 12 minutes without stirring;
- leave the rice for 5-10 minutes to "walk" and serve it on the table.
