    1. Prepare the gelatin: pour 50 ml of warm water over it and let it bloom for half an hour.
    1. Set the pot you'll be cooking in over the heat and bring the mixture of honey, water, and sugar to a boil, then turn off the heat. Stir in the condensed milk and, whisking, add the bloomed gelatin.
    1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and stir it into the base. Mix in the food coloring—how much is up to you, depending on the color and intensity you're after. If there are any lumps, strain the mixture through a fine sieve. Your mirror glaze is ready!
