Cooking method
1.Prepare the gelatin, fill it with 50 ml. of warm water and leave to swell for half an hour.
2. We put the container in which we will cook on the fire and bring the mixture of honey, water and sugar to a boil, after which we turn off the fire. We introduce condensed milk and, stirring with a whisk, add the swollen gelatin.
3. In the microwave, melt the chocolate and add it to the bulk. We mix the dye, how much to put is up to you, depending on what color and saturation you want to get. If there are lumps, you can strain the mass through a fine sieve. Our mirror glaze is ready!
