Cooking method
1. Peel the onion, cut into half rings (if the onion head is large, a quarter rings).
2. Fry the onion in olive oil until transparent, add a pinch of salt.
3. Spread the minced meat to the onion, knead it a little with a spatula, fry for 2-3 minutes, then pour the wine, add peppers, nutmeg and a stick of cinnamon.
4. Simmer the mass until the minced meat is fully cooked.
5. My tomatoes, grate the pulp, spread it into minced meat.
6. We will open the feta, add it to the minced meat after the tomato pulp. Stir, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
7. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, pour flour, mix and send to the fire.
8. Pour milk into a saucepan, add salt to taste, mix, cook until thickened.
9. We divide the finished Bechamel sauce into 2 parts, in one of which we add grated cheddar cheese, and in the other we break chicken eggs.
10. Boil the pasta in slightly salted water, throw it into a colander.
11. We put half of the pasta in the baking dish, pour part of the Bechamel (the one with the egg), spread the spicy minced meat (remove the cinnamon), then spread the rest of the pasta, pour the remaining Bechamel with cheese.
12. We send the form to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
Serve on the table, cutting the casserole into pieces.
