Classic lasagna with meat

Cooking method

1. To prepare the Bolognese sauce, we will need minced pork: the meat is washed, cut into pieces and crushed with a meat grinder.

2. Peel onions, garlic, carrots, wash, cut into small cubes. Fry the prepared vegetables in olive oil until soft, then add finely chopped bacon, fry for another 2 minutes.

3. We put minced pork in a frying pan, knead with a fork, mix with vegetables and bacon, pour wine.

4. Cook until the alcohol has completely evaporated, then add tomato paste, salt and pour the broth (water), simmer on low heat for one hour.

5. We put the butter in a saucepan, melt it on low heat. Pour flour into the melted butter, stir the mass, then remove from the fire and pour the milk in parts, mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps (I still had lumps, I had to strain the sauce through a sieve to get rid of them completely), send the sauce to the fire, bring to a boil, add salt and ground nutmeg, cook until thickened.

6. We choose a baking dish of the right size, pour a little Bechamel on the bottom, spread the lasagna sheets, smear the Bolognese, pour the white sauce. According to this algorithm, we collect all the lasagna, sprinkle the surface with grated Parmesan.

7. We send the form with lasagna to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
