Cooking method
1. Pour kefir into a bowl, break an egg, pour sugar, salt and soda, stir, leave for 3-5 minutes.
2. Sift the flour in parts, knead the dough until it starts to lag behind the hands, then cover it with cling film and leave for 15 minutes.
3. While the dough is "resting", we will prepare the filling. We rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, put it in a bowl, pour sugar, add egg yolk and a pinch of salt, mix the filling.
4.We divide the dough into a couple of parts (it is more convenient to work this way), form a sausage from one of them, cut into identical pieces, each of which we roll out with a rolling pin into a flat cake.
5. We spread the filling and make dumplings using all the dough (if there are more dumplings than the family can eat, some can be frozen and cooked another time).
6. Boil the dumplings in boiling water, after they float to the surface for about 3-4 minutes, remove them with a slotted spoon.
Serve on a large platter, garnished with raspberries.
