Slow-Cooker Mashed Potatoes with Garlic and Dill
A simple yet really tasty side dish! Mashed potatoes are one of our family's favorites — the kids and my husband dig right in. I'm sure everyone knows how to make this potato dish, but I'll still share how I do it in a slow cooker.

- Peel, wash, and roughly cut the potatoes.
- Put the potatoes in the slow-cooker bowl, add the water, and season with a little salt.
- Select the "Soup" program ("Stew" works too) and cook for 40 minutes.
- Drain off the liquid and transfer the cooked potatoes to a bowl.
- Add the butter, pour in the hot milk, and mash until completely smooth, then stir in the finely chopped dill and garlic.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy!
