Cooking method
Pour barley grits into a bowl, pour water, stir, let the grits be cleaned of dust and husks. Everything that has surfaced, we drain and rinse the cereal again.
Put the clean yak in a saucepan, pour hot water and put it on the fire. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for about 20 minutes on low heat.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, pour into the porridge, add salt, mix. Simmer on very low heat for 10 minutes, then add a piece of butter, cover the pan with a lid and insist for about 5-10 minutes.
Barley porridge is ready!
