Lump-Free Semolina Porridge with Water and Jam

A silky semolina porridge with no milk — and really tasty! I don't like the smell of boiled milk, so I don't make milk porridges for myself. But I know there are people who can't have milk for health reasons, so I want to share my recipe for semolina porridge made with water. You can serve it with fresh berries and fruit, or with dried fruit, honey, or jam. It comes out so good!
