1. In a deep bowl, break the eggs, pour sugar, beat the mass with a mixer. Sift cocoa powder and baking powder, add vanilla sugar and pour milk, mix the ingredients with a mixer. Cut margarine into cubes and put it in a bowl with dough, send the bowl to a water bath, bring to a boil with constant stirring. Remove from the heat and let the contents cool down, then stir in portions of flour and knead the elastic soft dough.

2. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll out thin cakes with a diameter of 22-24 cm (you should get 10 cakes). Bake the blanks in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 7 minutes.

3. Put sour cream in a bowl, pour sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer. Gradually pour in the thickener, continuing to beat the cream until thickened and homogeneous. Lubricate the cakes with sour cream and send the cake to the refrigerator overnight.

4. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add dark chocolate, after breaking the tile into pieces, then send the mass to the fire. Stir the glaze with a whisk until the chocolate is completely dissolved and remove from heat. Pour the surface of the cake with the resulting glaze and decorate to your liking.
