Mashed potatoes with zucchini

The dish is delicious and very healthy. Adults and children will like it! Since zucchini has a lot of vitamins and minerals, I try to cook dishes from it more often. The combination with mashed potatoes turns out to be very tender. It is possible to feed even fastidious children. It can be served separately, as well as as a side dish in a meat dish.
