Quick Pasta with Tomatoes
The perfect thing to pack for work. It comes together amazingly fast and tastes great. I'm not a vegetarian, but I love this pasta! It's so good thanks to quality tomatoes, so be sure to check the label.

Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Put the pasta on to cook. Boil it until just shy of done (al dente), then drain.
-
Step 2:
Sauté the onion in olive oil, then add the chopped tomatoes.
-
Step 3:
Add the pasta, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper (to taste), and finish cooking everything together, covered.
-
Step 4:
Before serving — in my case, before closing the container — sprinkle with grated cheese.
-
Step 5:
Even the next day (I often make this pasta for work), it's still really, really tasty!
- Enjoy!
