Cooking method
The preparation is quite simple:
- soften the butter in the microwave (or just let it lie at room temperature for a while);
- put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add powdered sugar, rub with a fork;
- add the softened butter and pour the cream in parts (do not pour everything at once, since the mass may become too liquid and not plastic), mix, controlling the density of the mixture (it will need to form cheese from it, so it should be well molded);
- form the cheese, send it to the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
If for some reason you do not give your child chocolate, then you can offer cheese already in this form.
For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a water bath, add cream, stir.
We take out the frozen cheeses, "drown" them in chocolate glaze, spread them on parchment and run to the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the glaze freezes faster.
Everything, you can eat both adults and children!
Eat with pleasure!
