Chewing Marmalade

Favorite treat of adults and children at home! Even our grandfather loves chewing marmalade, not to mention all the other family members)) We have been cooking it ourselves for quite a long time, especially on weekends, to make them brighter and more pleasant. Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 40 min

In a bowl with a high side, mix sugar, gelatin, fruit jelly, citric acid.

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour the dry ingredients into boiling water, mix with a whisk (this is important, since only it will help to "sort out" possible lumps).

Mix the mass until smooth and cook for 3 minutes, then pour into any container (I have a regular container for storing bulk products).

When the mass cools down to room temperature, the container can be put in the refrigerator.

After 2-3 hours, we take out the marmalade, remove it from the container, cut it into cubes, roll it in powdered sugar.
