  • Wash the green beans well, then boil them in salted water for 4–5 minutes and drain them in a colander. Peel the carrots and grate them. Peel the garlic and grate it very finely too. Pour the sunflower oil into a small saucepan and heat it until very hot. In a large bowl, combine the cooked green beans with the carrots and garlic, add the salt, sugar, and coriander, and pour in the vinegar and the hot sunflower oil. Mix everything and refrigerate to marinate for an hour. Enjoy!
