Cooking method
String beans are well washed, then boiled in salted water for 4-5 minutes, thrown into a colander.
Peel the carrots and grate them three times. Garlic is also cleaned and rubbed very finely.
Pour sunflower oil into a saucepan and heat it on fire. In a large bowl, combine the prepared string beans with carrots and garlic, pour salt, sugar, coriander, pour vinegar and hot sunflower oil.
Mix everything and send it to the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.
