Step 1:
How to make a Man's whim salad with chicken and mushrooms? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Chicken can be replaced with any other meat, such as turkey, beef or pork. But keep in mind that in this case, the calorie content and cooking time of the dish will change.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small cubes. Sprinkle the chicken with spices and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Cut the onion into cubes.
Step 4:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, put the onion and fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until transparent.

Add the chicken fillet to the onion and fry everything together, stirring, until a light golden crust appears.

Boil hard boiled eggs, cool and peel. Divide into whites and yolks. Grate the proteins on a coarse grater. Grate the yolks on a fine grater. You can rub the yolks immediately or directly on the salad, then they will be more airy.

Wash the dill, shake off the water and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, or use a mixture of different herbs.
Step 8:
Remove the honeydew from the brine and dry it. In addition to honey mushrooms, you can use other mushrooms, including champignons. Mushrooms can be pickled or fried.
Step 9:
Place the cooking ring on the plate. Put the chicken with onions and tamp. Pour mayonnaise over the chicken. I put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag and cut off the tip. It's more convenient than using a spoon.
Step 10:
Spread the grated proteins in the next layer and pour mayonnaise over them. If desired, you can salt some layers, but I usually don't add salads with mayonnaise, mayonnaise is quite enough.
Step 11:
Put the grated yolks on the whites and also pour mayonnaise on top.
Step 12:
Sprinkle chopped herbs on top of the salad.
Step 13:
Put the pickled honey mushrooms in the center on the dill. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour for impregnation.
Step 14:
Remove the cooking ring before serving. If you do not want to put the salad in a ring, you can immediately serve it in a salad bowl. Bon appetit!
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste!
