Cooking method
Wash the plums, put them in a saucepan, add a little water (literally 150 ml), bring to a boil (our task is to soften the fruits), cook for 10 minutes. Then we grind the plums through a large sieve to separate the pulp from the bones.
Rinse coriander, mint, anise. Peel the garlic. We put the prepared greens, garlic, pepper into the thicket of the blender and grind. Spread the puree of green plums to the resulting spicy mixture, add salt and mix everything again with a blender.
Tkemali sauce is ready! Use it with pleasure!
