Salad with Braided String Cheese and Chicken

    1. Boil the chicken fillet and the eggs, cool them, and cut into strips. 2. Take the smoked braided cheese, pull it apart, and separate it into thin strands. 3. Wash the cucumbers (peel them if you like) and cut them into thick matchsticks. 4. Combine the prepared cheese, chicken, cucumber, eggs, and chopped green onions. 5. Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Garnish the finished salad with strands of cheese and a few herbs. Enjoy!
