Cooking method
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and put it to boil.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, add chicken fillet cut into small pieces, carrots and tomato sauce to it. Put it out.
Pour rice into boiling water, let it boil for 2-3 minutes, add the contents of the pan, boil for 5 minutes, add dill, garlic (chopped or through a presser), salt and pepper. Switch off.
Delicious to eat with croutons or pita bread.
