Boil the beef heart until soft (about 1.5 hours) with the addition of bay leaf and salt. Cool it down. Cut the onion into half rings and marinate in a marinade: 200 ml of water + vinegar + salt + sugar specified in the recipe. The onion is marinated for about 30 minutes. Cut the heart into strips, mix with onion, pepper and add vegetable oil. You can eat, but if it stays in the refrigerator it will be even tastier)))
