Cooking method
1. At the very beginning, we send our meat to the slow cooker, preferably beef on the bones, so that the broth turns out. Select the "Meat" mode (cooking time is 1 hour).
2. When the meat is cooked, filter the broth from the bones and disassemble the meat into pieces. We send everything back to the pan.
3. To the finished broth, add the potatoes cut into pieces. And chopped fresh cabbage. Turn on the "Soup" mode (cooking time 10 minutes).
4. Meanwhile, my, clean and three carrots on a grater.
Open the lid of the slow cooker, add carrots and turn on the "Soup" mode again (5 minutes).
Our diet soup is ready. We serve it with herbs and sour cream.
