It is necessary to sort out the berries first, remove the stems and rinse the cherries. Having put it in a clean container and filled with water, cover it with a lid and warm it up for five to ten minutes.
After pouring water into a saucepan, add sugar and put on fire.
When the resulting syrup boils, it is necessary to pour the liquid into the jar again and roll it up. Be sure to check the container for tightness.
Cans need to be wrapped in something warm. A blanket is perfect. After the cans cool down, the compote is ready!
