Appetizer of eggs with Sirtaki cheese

The piquant taste and prostate of cooking this snack are unique. I remember when I was a child, my mother, looking at a bowl (not so small) of boiled eggs donated by neighbors in a communal apartment, complained ....and what should I do with you... Somehow I accidentally combined an egg and Sirtaki cheese...it turned out delicious .The acutely salty cheese perfectly suited the taste of the protein. And with a cup of black coffee in general, it's a pleasure and that's all.
