Cooking method
We take a container and combine granulated sugar and water in it, put it on the stove. Heat up the mass on the fire, stirring constantly. When the syrup boils, one more minute will be enough for the sugar to completely dissolve. After complete dissolution, remove the pan and let the mass cool down.
While the syrup cools down, we brew coffee. It should be strong. The prepared coffee must be filtered and combined with sugar syrup and cognac.
