Duck Liver Salad

A very simple but amazingly tasty salad—make it and treat your family! It comes together fast and takes minimal effort, but the flavor is superb. It works for dinner, a holiday spread, or a get-together with friends. All in all, I recommend it :)

    1. The eggs should be boiled and cooled. Peel them and cut them into thick matchsticks. 2. Cut the boiled, fully cooled liver the same way. 3. Cut the pickles. Try to cut all the ingredients to the same size. 4. Combine the eggs, liver, and pickles, then add the peas. 5. Add the mayonnaise and mix. Add more salt if needed. 6. Slice the onion into thin rings and arrange them over the top of the salad to garnish. The salad is ready!
