Cooking method
To achieve a delicate consistency, do not wash the rice.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan. When it starts to smell, add the rice and, stirring, fry over medium heat for 4 minutes. The oil should cover each rice, which by this time will be a little transparent.
Salt, add cinnamon and a little saffron. We also put scalded raisins. And we begin to pour boiled water in small portions.
As soon as the rice absorbs all the water, pour the next portion.
Add coarsely chopped apples and brown sugar to the half-cooked rice, mix.
Add water to the rice until it reaches the readiness and consistency you need.
We serve sweet rice with apples in serving plates, optionally sprinkled with brown sugar on top.
