Cooking method
1. Boil beef in a pressure cooker until tender (about 50 minutes) with the addition of salt, allspice and bay leaves. Cool the finished meat and cut into small pieces.
2. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk, cut the pulp into strips.
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
4. Cut the gherkins into circles.
5. Put the canned beans in a colander.
6. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
7. Refueling. Mix vegetable oil with vinegar.
8. In a salad bowl, combine vegetables and meat, pour the dressing and mix. Garnish the salad with sprigs of parsley.
Ordinary tomatoes can be replaced with 5-6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
