Step 1:
Boil the salad ingredients (potatoes, carrots and eggs), cool and peel them. Boil the beef. Leaving the cucumber, a piece of meat and yolks for decoration, cut the potatoes, carrots, egg whites and meat into cubes. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and mix if necessary.
Step 2:
Put the salad on the dish, forming the silhouette of a rooster.
Step 3:
Finely chop the egg yolks.
Step 4:
Sprinkle the salad with yolks and smooth the surface slightly with your hands or a spoon.
Step 5:
Cut out the comb and earrings from the pepper. Convenient with scissors.
Step 6:
Attach the details to the salad. If it doesn't hold - help yourself with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
The beak is a piece of beef, the eye is an olive ring.
Step 8:
Paws are also made of meat. For the tail, use green onions, thinly sliced pepper and slices of meat.
Step 9:
The final touches are a wing of a slice of beef, olives on the collar and a grass-litter of parsley, so that the rooster lives well and sleeps softly in the new year.
