    Cut the parsley and celery roots, carrots and cucumbers into small cubes. Don't forget to put aside cucumber butts and a piece of carrot to decorate the salad.

    Add purple onion and eggs in small cubes. One egg remains for decoration. Finely chop and add garlic. Chop and add the green onions. Leave part of the onion for decoration.

    Add pickled corn. Leave some of the corn for decoration. Prepare the ingredients for the dressing - mayonnaise, honey, mustard, horseradish.

    Mix everything in the salad bowl a little.

    Combine all the ingredients for the dressing, mix them well until smooth and add to the vegetables. And mix everything well.

    Divide the egg lengthwise into two parts, separate the yolk from the protein.

    Put the salad in a serving plate or salad bowl to serve, leave some for stuffing protein. Grate half of the egg white on top on a fine grater. Place a ring of corn on the edge of the salad. Put the second half of the egg white on top of the salad.

    Stuff the protein with salad. On the four sides of the dish, lay out cucumber butts and place peppercorns on them so that they look like mouse muzzles.
