The result is a very smooth, tender and pliable dough. You don't even need to dust the table with flour when rolling. We leave the dough to rest a little and let's do the filling.

Cut the onion into cubes.

Fry in a frying pan until golden brown.

Cooked and cooled liver will be passed through a meat grinder.
