I tried this dish for the first time at the age of 4 and was delighted with it) Recently, on my mother's 36th birthday, we decided to cook together again, I remembered everything and did it myself today) Mom also liked to make these truffles in her youth, in the USSR still. Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

My cat Lefa, by the way, also participated in the preparation:)

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Drown sugar with milk. in a saucepan. On the stove)

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

When the sugar and milk become so- remove from the stove

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    Then add oil

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Stir until the butter is completely dissolved. Then remove to a cold place to cool down.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

We introduce half a pack of baby formula into the cooled mixture

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Gradually add the second half of the pack and stir until smooth

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

    Then add cocoa, mostly bitter

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

We shift our hands to such a state of "plasticine"

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Here are the formed candies, and in the background there are more "truffles" hiding, or rather these are the ears of my second cat Nonsense, which also helped us! :)

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

These are truffles that didn't have enough cocoa. They were not rolled, but they are no worse)

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

We remove the truffles to freeze in the hododilnik. Ready-made sweets are served with tea. Everyone will be delighted! Bon appetit! :)

1) Bring sugar and milk to a boil over high heat (you need the sugar to dissolve)
2) In the melted sugar with milk, lower the butter, stir until the butter disappears:)
3) Cool the resulting mixture.
4) When the "base" has cooled down, we take the baby dry mixture (or milk powder) and introduce it into the milk-sugar-butter mixture. Stir well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
5) Pour bitter cocoa (by eye, so that the mixture acquires a chocolate shade), you can pour sweet cocoa a little. Look to taste, the main thing is not to overdo it (more precisely, not to overdo it :)
6) We mix everything, and then we shift our hands until the "dough" for truffles becomes the consistency of plasticine
7) In a separate plate (or on a board), pour cocoa (bitter with the addition of a small amount of sweet)
8) We form truffles from delicious chocolate plasticine, roll them into cocoa.
9) We put our truffles in a beautiful candy box or on a dish and send them to the refrigerator to freeze.
Note to step
Bon appetit!:):):)
