Vegetables with black garlic and rice

1 Wash the rice, put it to cook.
2 While the rice is cooking, pour oil into a frying pan, heat it up, put the vegetables. Add salt and herbs to taste. Cover with a lid, turn down the heat and leave for a few minutes. Two minutes before cooking, add finely chopped black garlic, gently mix the vegetables.
3 Rinse the finished rice, put it in a colander, let the water drain.
4 Combine rice and fried vegetables.
