Step-by-step cooking
Carrots, potatoes, fresh cucumber, tomatoes cut into circles (not thick), pepper strips, onion cubes.
Pour ras into the bottom of the pan (with a thick bottom). butter and a piece of sl. butter. Then we begin to lay the sliced vegetables in layers:
1 layer - 1 carrot,
2 layer - 2 potato tubers,
3 layer - 1 onion,
4 layer - a handful of cabbage,
5 layer - 1 fresh cucumber,
6 layer – 3-4 tomatoes
7 layer – 1/2 sweet pepper,
Close the pan with a lid and simmer for 25-30 minutes, shaking occasionally.
Then pour boiling water, salt, pepper, bring to a boil and turn off, serve with dill, parsley and sour cream, you can add grated garlic to taste
