Cooking method
Peel the turnips, boil them, cool them.
Cut the cooled turnips, the whites of 10 eggs, cucumbers, radishes into small cubes.
Finely chop the greens and wild cherry.
Mix everything together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Next, we make the filling: mix the juice of 1 lemon, kefir and carbonated water.
We put the portion we need on a plate and pour our filling to taste.
