Cooking method
First we sterilize the jar.
Fill it with one-third of the ranettes, pour in some blackberries for color.
Pour boiling water to the top. Let it stand for 7 minutes. We drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar to it, boil it.
Put citric acid in the jar, pour the prepared syrup, roll it up, turn it over, wrap it up.
If the knapsacks are very large, then you need to pour boiling water over them twice.
