Seafood Pasta Nests
Shrimp, tomato sauce, and pasta — appetizing nests, ready to go! Simple and fast. Sadly, I didn't get a photo of my own masterpiece, so I had to find a more-or-less matching picture online.

Cooking method
- This lovely Italian-style recipe makes wonderfully tasty seafood nests. It's light, pleasant food that fits many diets. First, boil the shrimp in salted water, then peel them. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, slip off the skins, and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop a bunch of fresh parsley. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add the parsley, then the minced garlic and the hot pepper sliced into thin rounds. Fry over low heat for two minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, stir, and simmer for another three minutes, no longer. Then add the ketchup, lower the heat if needed, and simmer for two more minutes. Add the prepared shrimp and simmer with them for three minutes. Now season with salt, sugar, and ground pepper, add the vinegar, and stir. Turn off the heat and cover the pan. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti and twirl it into nest shapes (you can also buy pasta already shaped into nests). Set a pasta "nest" on each plate and spoon the shrimp sauce neatly into the center.
