My sweetmeats love everything sweet, even drinks. I'm not saying how many spoonfuls of sugar they put in tea and coffee. Another very popular drinks in our family are cocoa and hot chocolate. A friend suggested a wonderful recipe for cooking hot chocolate. It is called "White hot chocolate". And I didn't even guess that it was possible to make this drink from white chocolate. It is drunk in the East. That's right, it's called Hot Asian White Chocolate. The highlight of this drink is not only the chocolate itself, but also a spice called star anise. Its seeds are added. Let's make this delicious drink together. Take a small saucepan and pour milk into it. Immediately put the nutmeg and star anise seeds. Stir and put on the fire. Bring to a boil. After it boils, stirring, cook for another 5 minutes. During this time, grate the chocolate. The first time I didn't rub it, but used tiles. Then remove the milk from the stove and melt the chocolate in it. To make it melt faster, it is better to rub, of course. Cool the hot chocolate a little. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg on top. You can taste the delicacy. Enjoy your appetite!
