I don't know about you, but I really love honey. I put food in tea and even in coffee, I eat with pancakes, during illness I add it to warm milk. And tasty and healthy. And I also have a recipe for a drink with honey. It is very easy to prepare, and immunity raises at Once! And I inherited it from my grandmother.
Wash the berries, squeeze out the juice. It is most convenient to do this through gauze, just fold it into several layers. Squeeze the berries with hot water and put on low heat. Cook them for about 8 minutes. Let it brew for about half an hour. Next, strain the broth, squeeze the pulp and cool (quite a bit).
After cooling, add honey to the broth (the one you like best, I prefer floral) and stir until it completely dissolves.
After that, pour in the previously squeezed juice. Strain the drink again. Chill in the refrigerator.
It turns out a very tasty and natural product that is suitable for almost any food on your table. And most importantly, it is very useful! Drink to your health, but do not forget that you may be allergic to honey, so be careful with it.
