To prepare the milk sauce, we will need a frying pan, a saucepan, a glass and a tablespoon. We measure the flour and butter. Put the butter in a frying pan, heat it up and mix it with flour. Fry a little, a couple of minutes.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it. It is not necessary to boil milk. We will dilute the flour in a frying pan with the help of hot milk, adding small portions. Stir the mass all the time so that lumps do not form. The sauce is cooked for 10 minutes, add salt to taste, you can add allspice ground pepper.
