    So, let's start slicing all the ingredients. This is the most basic part of the work that we will do very quickly. Green onions, dill and parsley are washed and chopped with a knife. My cucumber, cut off the tips and rub on a fine or coarse grater. We defrost crab sticks, if necessary, release them from the packaging film and cut them into medium-sized pieces. You can also use natural crab meat.

I have a particular weakness for all kinds of cold soups. I can eat such food around the clock. I especially liked kefir soup.
