Homemade Yogurt
The kids will love it! Tasty, fast, and so simple! I'd always wanted to try making yogurt at home. And I finally gave it a go. It came out really well — a very tasty dessert. Now I make it almost every day, for breakfast or for dinner. Let me share my recipe for homemade yogurt.

Cooking method
- To start, warm the milk to about 105°F (40°C) — it should be warm, but not too hot. Then, with a whisk or an ordinary fork, beat the yogurt well and add the warm milk to it one spoonful at a time, stirring the whole time so the yogurt is evenly distributed throughout. Then set the container of milk inside a larger one filled with hot (not boiling) water.
- Cover the container with foil so the water cools down slowly. As the water cools, top it up with more hot (not boiling) water. Leave the mixture for about 5 hours. After that, you'll have homemade yogurt. Enjoy — and share it with your loved ones!
