Step-by-step cooking
To start, we warm up the milk to about 40 degrees, that is, the milk should be warm, but not very hot. Then, with a whisk or an ordinary fork, mix the yogurt well and then add warm milk to it one spoonful at a time. Milk, however, must be constantly mixed so that our yogurt is evenly distributed throughout the volume. Then we put the dishes with milk in a large container, into which we pour hot water (not boiling water).
After that, we cover the dishes with food foil so that the water cools down slowly. As the water cools down, add hot (not boiling) water. We leave this mixture for about 5 hours. After this time, you will receive homemade yogurt. Have a nice appetite for you and your loved ones!
