Cooking method
The culinary recipe of this goulash refers to festive food. Original and very tasty! Chop the onion into strips, and cut the apples into slices of medium thickness. In a glass of boiling water, dissolve the broth cube. Put the butter in a saucepan, after it melts, pour the flour and stir quickly so that lumps do not form. Fry the flour for 2 minutes over low heat until golden brown, stirring constantly. Then, without ceasing to stir, pour in a thin stream of hot water with a cube. Next, add beer and mustard. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. At this time, cut the meat into thin slices and fry in a frying pan with heated oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and brown sugar for 5 minutes. Stir, add the meat to a saucepan with sauce and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Fry onions in a frying pan with oil, pour a glass of water, salt and simmer it over low heat. After 5 minutes, we throw the apples and cook until all the liquid boils away. From a loaf of round bread, we cut off the top so that we get a pot. We take out the crumb, leaving one cm on the walls. We put the meat in a bread pot, alternating with an apple - onion mixture, and cover with the top. Then we send the pot to the oven preheated to 170 degrees for a few minutes. We put the goulash in the bread in the center of the table, spread the meat on plates with spoons, and break off the pieces of the bread pot with our hands. Bon appetit!
