Diet Cream Soup
An amazingly tasty soup that won't make dieting a chore. I recommend this recipe for a delicious diet dish with real enthusiasm. Diet cream soups aren't always all that tasty, but if you make this one with broccoli and turkey, I think anyone who tries it will have to be dragged away from the bowl.

Cooking method
- Rinse the meat, cut it into small pieces, and fry it briefly in butter until golden. Next, fry the onion and garlic with the flour (about 2–3 minutes), add the broccoli, and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in the water and cook until the broccoli is tender. Once the soup has cooled a little, purée it in a blender (working in small batches makes for a smoother purée). All that's left is to pour the purée into a clean pot, add the cream and the fried meat, and bring it to a boil. Add salt if needed. To serve, you can garnish the cream soup with a few pine nuts. The result is a delicious diet dish — and once they've tried it, everyone you know will be trying to pry the recipe out of you.
