Plum Jam with Citric Acid

It'll be a treat on cold winter evenings! Sometimes you want to wow your party guests with something other than the usual store-bought cake — something you made yourself, and a little out of the ordinary at that. So for a recent get-together, I made plum jam using a very simple recipe. The guests were thrilled. If you'd like to impress your family and friends too, just follow these easy steps.
