Step-by-step cooking
During the fast, our usual diet changes. At this time, instead of the usual meat soups for us, I cook such food as, for example, mushroom soup with cream. Now I will tell you about this culinary recipe. So, first we wash the mushrooms (I took champignons), scald them with boiling water, cut off the legs at the base. Then we cut the mushrooms into pieces, if they are very small, you can not cut them. Now we heat a small piece of oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms we have prepared on it until they are half cooked. Then peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings and also fry in oil with mushrooms. After that, we take the potato, grate it on a fine grater and add it to the mushrooms, fry for a few minutes. Now we take a saucepan and bring the water to a boil in it. Now cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and cook until tender. After that, reduce the flame and add the mass with champignons. Then cover the saucepan with a lid and leave for about 3-5 minutes. After that, pour low-fat cream into our soup, season to your taste, remove the saucepan from the flame. Our lean soup is ready!
